Gas logs are a great way to have the the looks of a real wood fire and all the convenience of gas. Gas logs are available in many sizes and styles and have several types of controls to choose from. Natural gas log sets do not require a pilot assembly but LP gas log sets do require pilot assemblies which do need to be serviced occasionally to keep them operating properly.
